Order Process

Fill in the required fields in the order form.

Please select a product and quantity.

Select a store for pick-up.

Select the pick-up date and time.

Enter customer information.

Send your order data.

You will receive a confirmation email within 3 days.

Pick-up Process

Show your smartphone screen with your reservation number at the store on the day of your reservation.

Pay at the store and pick-up your order.

Make sure to check the following.

1. Your reservation is not confirmed at the time you submit your order data.
2. After sending your order data, an automatic confirmation email containing your order details will be sent. If you do not receive this email, please contact us using the inquiry form.
3. After you receive the automatic confirmation email, an order confirmation email will be sent within three days. Your order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email.
4. Make sure to read the procedure for picking up your order, which is written in the order confirmation email.
5. You cannot cancel or change your order once it has been confirmed.
6. Pay for your order when you pick it up at the store. You cannot cancel your order or change the quantity on the day you pick up your order. Check the website of the department store to see what methods of payment you can use.
7. If you have any questions about your reservation, please contact us using the inquiry form. Note that it may take some time for us to respond. Inquiries received on weekends and holidays will be answered at the beginning of the next week.
